This role involves administering routine and PRN medications and treatments in a timely manner, providing adequate monitoring of residents' conditions, and collaborating with other disciplines to support services that encourage a resident’s highest level of functioning. Requirements

  • Registered Nurse License required
  • Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures.
  • Understanding of and ability to deal with confidential information with discretion.
  • Must have a genuine interest in caring for the elderly and long-term care of residents.
  • Reliable attendance and willingness to work with the team to cover additional hours, vacations, holidays, weekends, as able.

Responsibilities

  • Administers routine and PRN medications and treatments in a timely manner.
  • Provides adequate monitoring of the residents' conditions.
  • Works with other disciplines to support services that encourage a resident’s highest level of functioning.

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) is accrued at varying rates depending on length of employment. Accrual rates begin at 5.32 hours per month based on a 40-hour workweek. These accruals include the required sick leave per Washington State’s Paid Sick Leave Law
