About The Position
This position involves providing professional nursing care through the nursing process. The Registered Nurse will meet the needs of the patient, family, and multidisciplinary team through communication, coordination, and evaluation. Compliance with all policies and procedures, nursing standards of practice, and regulatory bodies is required.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a BSN or MSN program from an accredited school of professional nursing within six months of hire or rehire and graduate on or before the third employment anniversary date into a nursing position.
- One-year clinical experience in specialty area required for per diem positions.
- Current licensure with New Jersey State Board of Nursing as required by law.
- American Heart Association BLS required.
- American Heart Association ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
Nice To Haves
- BSN or MSN graduates preferred
- Two years of clinical experience in specialty area preferred.
- National Certification in area of specialty preferred.
