About The Position
The RN provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. Tasks and responsibilities include assessing plans and evaluating patient care needs.
Requirements
- Acute care RN experience (within the last 3 years, or within the last 5 years if several years of experience).
- Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Nursing Diploma, ASN or BSN.
- Customer service abilities including effective listening skills.
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
