About The Position

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN)- Med Surg for a 13-week travel assignment in Petoskey, MI. The position involves providing direct patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and adhering to a strict attendance policy. This role requires clinical expertise, strong communication, and leadership skills.

Requirements

2+ years of straight med surg experience (not float, not SDU/TELE, etc.)
Must be straight RN MS
Level II or I - Trauma level experience is required
Current Active American Heart Association BLS credentials
Meet Michigan State License Requirements
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
Pass a drug screen and background check
Complete additional facility onboarding forms as assigned

Travel experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Collaborates with other members of the health care team to develop, implement, and evaluate an individualized written plan of care based upon a physiological, psychosocial, spiritual assessment consistent with patient/significant other’s changing needs & goals, utilizing the Clinical Practice Model (CPM) and the “Caring-Quality Model.”
