About The Position
Registered Nurses are responsible for the assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care delivery. The Registered Nurse provides clinical leadership to the patient care team for the assigned shift.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Med Surg (MS) Experience
- Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction)
- ACLS (AHA) - required within 30 days of start
- Work history Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the speciality (Med Surg/Telemetry)
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms Completed with dates employed listed
- Nursys must state Active Illinois/IL License
- Active American Heart Association BLS
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
- Illinois/IL License - Must be active!
- Every Other Weekend
