About The Position

Inova Fair Oaks Hospital is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Labor and Delivery Unit. This is a full-time position with a night shift schedule, working 3x12 hour shifts per week. Additional scheduling requirements include weekends, holidays, and on-call hours. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available.

Requirements

• Full-time Night Shift: 7:00pm-7:00am, 3x12 hour per week.
• 16 hours of call in 6-week period
• One major one minor holiday
• 4 weekend shifts in a 6-week period
• BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associate’s Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.
• Required 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, for Critical Care units, 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a critical care setting or completion of a critical care fellowship.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification from the American Heart Association required upon start
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse or an active multi-state Registered Nurse license
