Department/Unit Summary Join our dedicated healthcare team where you'll provide comprehensive patient care, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and assisting with daily living activities. You’ll monitor patient conditions, document care, collaborate with the care team and families, and advocate for patient well-being. Responsibilities also include providing patient education, ensuring the protection of patients' rights, and overseeing compliance with care standards. Leadership and mentorship are key components as you support team members and enhance productivity. How you’ll contribute You’ll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. Requirements

  • Current state RN license
  • Associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school
  • Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
  • ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.

Nice To Haves

  • 2-3 years of PACU, ICU or ED experience preferred.
