Seasonal Registered Nurse (RN) - Central Staffing Office - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) - PRN Days - Region C
About The Position
Texas Health Central Staffing Office (Intensive Care Unit) is an internal staffing department that provides clinical staffing resources for all Texas Health Resources (THR) hospitals. The Central Staffing Office is broken into particular regions. This department prides itself in high performing staff with excellent critical thinking skills. This is a seasonal PRN position requiring availability for 36 hours per week, with shifts on days (7 AM - 7 PM). The pay rate is $70.00 per hour. The primary work location will be in Region C, which includes Fort Worth, Southwest, Cleburne, Clearfork, Burleson, Willow Park, and the Specialty Hospital.
Requirements
- Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree in Nursing required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
- Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency.
- 5 years of experience with three years in the last five years as a Registered Nurse in area of specialty Required.
- Texas RN - Registered Nurse required upon hire.
- BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support upon hire.
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support upon hire.
- NIHSS - National Institute of Health Stroke Scale Certification within 30 days.
- A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
