Registered Nurse (RN) - Inpatient Float
About The Position
Inpatient Float allows you to experience the best of every department and utilize your skills where they are needed most. This unique role offers: Variety: Float between Med/Surg, Stepdown, Same Day Surgery, and assist in the Emergency Department supporting boarder patients. Growth: Expand your clinical skills across multiple specialties. Impact: Deliver exceptional care where it’s needed most. Increased wage: Float premium applies after orientation. As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Required to obtain ACLS and PALS by the American Heart Association
Nice To Haves
- Inpatient RN experience preferred
