Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program.
• Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Connecticut.
• BLS (AHA/ARC)

Responsibilities

• Contributes to overall quality of nursing care through performance improvement techniques that impact patient care positively.
• Collaborate closely with our physicians and the care team to coordinate care and treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
• Contributes to overall quality of nursing care through performance improvement techniques that impact patient care positively.
• Responsible for triage, speaking with patients regarding their health, prescription refills, vaccinations and injections, and acting as a liaison between the physician and patient.
• RN Phone Triage, assisting with coordination of patient care.
