Requirements
- Trained in Family or Internal Medicine with Infectious Disease and HIV expertise
- Experience delivering culturally competent care to diverse, underserved communities
- Commitment to patient education, chronic disease management, and community health initiatives
- Active Florida physician license and DEA registration
Responsibilities
- Evaluating and managing acute/chronic conditions including HIV
- Providing preventive screenings and health maintenance
- Leading team huddles
- Utilizing evidence-based care with timely documentation and referrals
- Supporting community outreach for underserved populations
