About The Position

Registered Nurse (RN) – In-Home Senior Care (Pre-Opening Opportunity) Caring Senior Service of Jupiter, Florida Jupiter, FL Part-Time / PRN | Flexible Schedule | Opportunity for Full-Time Growth Caring Senior Service of Jupiter is preparing to bring our award-winning in-home care services to the community, and we're looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team during our pre-opening phase. This is a unique opportunity to become part of our agency from the very beginning. Initially, the position will be part-time and as needed while we complete licensing and prepare to begin serving clients. Requirements

Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Home health, home care, or geriatric nursing experience preferred.
Supervisory experience is a plus.
Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

Assist with clinical oversight during the agency's start-up and licensing process.
Conduct comprehensive in-home nursing assessments.
Develop and oversee individualized plans of care.
Complete caregiver competency evaluations and supervisory visits.
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, clients, and family members to coordinate quality care.
Help maintain compliance with Florida regulations and Caring Senior Service policies.
