Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU
About The Position
As a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Bryn Mawr Hospital, you will be an integral part of the Interdisciplinary Team, providing care and treatment to patients within an 18-bed unit. This role offers opportunities for career development through certifications and advanced nursing degrees, supported by a Tuition Reimbursement Program. You can also become involved in hospital and system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program. Requirements
- One year of recent ICU Nurse experience required.
- RN Diploma, ASN required.
- PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred.
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide care and treatment to patients in an 18-bed ICU unit.
- Work as part of an Interdisciplinary Team.
- Engage in hospital & system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, and precepting new staff.
- Pursue the Clinical Ladder program.
