About The Position

As a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Paoli Hospital, you will be an integral part of the Interdisciplinary Team, providing care and treatment to patients in a 16-bed unit. You will be responsible for caring for a diverse patient population including Level 2 Trauma, Surgical, Medical, Respiratory, Neuro, and Cardiac patients. This role offers opportunities for career development through certifications and advanced nursing degrees, with a Tuition Reimbursement Program providing up to $6,000 annually. You can also get involved in hospital and system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program. Requirements

• One year of recent ICU Nurse experience required.
• RN Diploma, ASN required.
• PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.
• Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and treatment to intensive care patient population (Level 2 Trauma, Surgical, Medical, Respiratory, Neuro, and Cardiac).
• Participate in the Interdisciplinary Team.
