About The Position

Arizona Home Care is hiring a Full-Time Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for evening home health visits throughout Phoenix and the surrounding Valley. This is a stable, weekday full-time RN role offering competitive pay, paid training, strong office support, and the autonomy of home health nursing.

Requirements

• Active Arizona RN license
• Home health experience required
• Infusion and wound care experience
• Current CPR/BLS/First Aid certifications
• Valid AZ fingerprint clearance card
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation & proof of auto insurance
• Valid TB test results
• Familiarity with Medicare OASIS

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled RN care in patients’ homes
• Perform assessments and manage assigned cases
• Deliver wound care and infusion therapy
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and caregivers
• Complete timely electronic documentation
