About The Position
Lake Sunapee Region VNA & Hospice provides home health care and hospice services that help individuals remain safe, healthy, and independent in the comfort of their own homes throughout Grafton, Merrimack, and Sullivan counties in New Hampshire. This role offers greater autonomy, flexible scheduling, meaningful patient relationships, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact for individuals living in our communities. Every home visit is an opportunity to improve a patient's quality of life and support them where they are most comfortable—at home.
Requirements
- Current NH Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of health care experience required
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Automobile insurance
- Current physical exam
- TB testing
- Required vaccinations
Nice To Haves
- Home Care experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Provide home health care and hospice services.
