Requirements
- Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of home health and hospice experience
- Previous experience overseeing or managing multiple offices
- Strong communication, leadership, and employee development skills
- Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
- Flexibility and adaptability in a growing organization

Responsibilities
- Provide clinical, operational, and strategic leadership for the Home Health and Hospice Division.
- Lead and support multiple offices and interdisciplinary teams.
- Drive growth while maintaining the highest standards of patient-centered, end-of-life care.
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and compassion.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence across hospice operations.
- Develop and mentor leadership staff to support long-term organizational success.
- Partner with executive leadership to advance AdvisaCare’s mission and vision.
