About The Position

The role involves private duty nursing, which means working full shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) with a single client for the entire shift, often with short commutes to local clients. Common diagnoses encountered include TBI, CP, Premature Birth, Spinal Muscle Atrophy, and Epilepsy. RNs with experience in hospitals, long-term care, and schools are well-suited for this role.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• Experience in hospitals, long-term care, or schools is transferable.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one client care in a home setting.
• Work full shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) with a single client.
• Manage common diagnoses such as TBI, CP, Premature Birth, Spinal Muscle Atrophy, and Epilepsy.
