About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is a non-profit organization that has been in operation for 50 years. They offer stability and a supportive environment for their employees. This role focuses on private duty nursing, which involves working with a single client for full shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) in their home, often with short commutes. Nurses will work with clients who have diagnoses such as TBI, CP, Premature Birth, Spinal Muscle Atrophy, and Epilepsy. Skills developed in hospital, long-term care, and school settings are directly transferable to this role.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state SER-MO.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one client care in a home setting.
• Work with clients on various diagnoses including TBI, CP, Premature Birth, Spinal Muscle Atrophy, and Epilepsy.
• Complete full shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) for a single client.
