Registered Nurse (RN) Home Care
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) who has a passion for Adult and/or Pediatric care to join our Bergen County team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. This role offers traditional shift types (8’s, 10’s, or 12's) with hands-on care for one client, allowing for building client relationships and observing their milestones. Client age ranges from infant to geriatric. The day-to-day involves traveling to one client home near you on a schedule you choose, following up with and documenting doctors' orders, performing assessments, monitoring clients' conditions, and documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations. BAYADA offers paid training from day 1 in the office, in the home, and online, with access to award-winning adult and pediatric Simulation labs and around-the-clock clinical support by phone. Electronic charting is done using Statewise. We care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, and offer a multitude of paid training to ensure nurses feel comfortable and competent on their first shift.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited or approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current NJ nursing license in good standing
- 1 year of RN experience
