Requirements
- Age 21 years of age or older
- Current and active New Jersey RN license (required)
- Fully vaccinated for flu (required)
- At least two years of home care experience (required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Cover open shifts as assigned and agreed upon
- Deliver high-quality, person-centered nursing care to residents in a home care setting
- Complete appropriate and accurate documentation of care to support continuity of care
- Respond professionally and compassionately to patient needs
- Build meaningful connections with residents while supporting their care and quality of life
