About The Position
Seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role involves a variety of patient care duties, including supporting procedures, patient education, and administrative tasks. Flexibility in hours is required to accommodate early starts for procedures.
Requirements
- Full-time availability
- Flexibility to start earlier than 8 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays if procedure times necessitate
Responsibilities
- Chaperoning during early morning monitoring
- Welcoming new patients and explaining center logistics and care processes
- Providing patient education and injection training
- Conducting patient phone calls and reviewing instructions
- Covering PACU pre-op and post-op care
- Cross-covering cases in the OR (egg retrievals, embryo transfers, hysteroscopies, and D&Cs)
- Assisting with prior approvals for medications
- Advocating for patients and serving as a liaison between providers and patients
