About The Position

Seeking a full-time RN to provide comprehensive patient care. This role involves direct patient interaction, education, and support throughout their treatment journey. The nurse will be responsible for various clinical duties including pre-operative and post-operative care, assisting in procedures, and managing administrative tasks related to patient care.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Ability to work full-time hours
• Flexibility to start earlier than 8am on Tuesdays and Thursdays if procedure times require
• Experience in pre-operative and post-operative care
• Experience assisting in OR procedures
• Strong patient education and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Chaperoning during early morning monitoring
• Welcoming new patients and explaining center logistics
• Providing patient education and injection training
• Conducting patient phone calls and reviewing instructions
• Covering PACU pre-op and post-op care
• Cross-covering cases in the OR (egg retrievals, embryo transfers, hysteroscopies and D&Cs)
• Assisting with prior approvals for medications
• Advocating for patients and serving as a liaison between providers and patients
