About The Position

This Registered Nurse (RN) Flow position supports a dynamic Family Medicine practice within Atrium Health - One Health Family Medicine & Urgent Care in Mooresville. The role is full-time and involves managing provider in-baskets, performing patient triage, and conducting nurse visits. This position is crucial for supporting the entire clinic team, ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centered care delivery, and functioning as a clinic flow coordinator to maintain optimal patient throughput. The clinic hours are currently Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, with future expansion to 7:00 AM–11:00 PM. The schedule typically consists of 4 days of 10-hour shifts, but 5 days of 8-hour shifts may be considered.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

Nice To Haves

• Prior Ambulatory or Emergency Department experience preferred
• Family Medicine experience preferred
• NC Vaccine for Children's program experience preferred
• Phlebotomy/Lab experience preferred
• Bachelors in nursing preferred
• 1 year of RN experience preferred
