About The Position
Join the Benedictine float team as a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Float. This role offers the opportunity to travel to multiple facilities within a designated Benedictine region, providing compassionate care to residents. Partner with a great team of Associates and residents to uphold Benedictine's reputation for exceptional senior care.
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a RN in good standing.
- Organization skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement appropriate plan of care based on assessment.
- Demonstrate knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
- Travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
