About The Position
Benedictine is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Float to join their compassionate, care-giving team. This role offers the opportunity to travel to multiple facilities within a designated Benedictine region and interact with a great team of Associates and residents. The RN Float will partner with the organization to continue its reputation of caring for people's loved ones.
Requirements
- Must hold current state licensure as a RN in good standing
- Possess organization skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to read, write, and communicate in English
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements appropriate plan of care based on assessment.
- Demonstrates knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
- Required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
