Registered Nurse (RN) – Float/Transition Team
About The Position
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Float/Transition Team, providing high-quality, complex home care to adult and pediatric clients throughout Burlington County, NJ. As a member of our team, you’ll play a vital role in helping clients successfully transition to care in the home setting. You’ll provide compassionate, skilled nursing care while supporting a variety of complex clinical needs and collaborating with families and the care team to promote safe, effective, and comfortable home-based care. Qualified candidates must have prior experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care. Requirements
- Current license as a Registered Nurse
- NICU, PICU, ICU or home care trach/vent experience required
- Achieve a passing score on high-tech Pediatric simulations.
- Hold current CPR certification
- Ability to work in a teaching setting to prepare and educate the ongoing BAYADA care team
- Availability to commit to an ongoing, consistent schedule (including a commitment of 1 shift per week is acceptable)
- Ability to travel throughout Burlington County
- Prior experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care.
