Requirements

• Current Louisiana RN license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH, and CPI certifications
• Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care
• Fast learner with a passion for emergency nursing and making a difference in patients' lives

Nice To Haves

• TNCC and ENPC certifications
• Previous Emergency Department or Critical Care experience
• VAD competency
