Key Responsibilities Triage and Assessment: Assess patient conditions upon arrival, taking vital signs, and prioritizing care based on urgency. Patient Stabilization: Administer medications, initiate IVs, perform wound care, and provide life-saving interventions. Care Coordination: Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure continuity. Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely patient records in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards. Patient/Family Education: Educate patients and their families regarding medical conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care. Safety and Dignity: Adhere to evidence-based protocols to uphold safety standards, while maintaining a supportive and dignified environment.
