About The Position
As a Registered Nurse on the Cardiothoracic Stepdown unit at Lankenau Medical Center, you will be an integral part of the Interdisciplinary Team, providing care and treatment to patients in a 16-bed unit. Requirements
- RN Diploma, ASN required.
- PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
- One year of recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown Nurse experience required.
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred.
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Caring for the Cardiothoracic Stepdown patient population.
- Participating in hospital & system-wide Nursing Committees.
- Engaging in Unit Councils.
- Participating in evidence-based research projects.
- Precepting new staff.
- Pursuing the Clinical Ladder program.
