About The Position

As a Registered Nurse on the Stepdown/Progressive Care (PCU) unit at Bryn Mawr Hospital, you will be an integral part of the Interdisciplinary Team, providing care and treatment to patients in a 14-bed unit. Requirements

• RN Diploma, ASN required.
• One year of recent Telemetry or Stepdown level Nurse experience required.
• PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.

Nice To Haves

• Recent Stepdown experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and treatment for the Stepdown/Progressive Care (PCU) patient population.
• Participate in an Interdisciplinary Team.
• Engage in hospital & system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program.
