Requirements
- Current RN license in Wisconsin or compact-state eligibility
- BLS certification
- RN experience in Critical care, ICU, IMCU, step-down, progressive care, telemetry, or a similar high-acuity setting
- Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Nice To Haves
- Cardiac care experience preferred
- Nurses with leadership or preceptor experience are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate care to high-acuity patients
- Manage complex patient assignments and changing clinical conditions
- Monitor patients and recognize changes requiring intervention
- Provide cardiac, critical care, and advanced nursing care
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
- Support and mentor newer nurses
- Contribute to quality improvement and positive patient outcomes
