About The Position
We’re hiring a CVICU RN in Sanford, Florida who wants strong earning potential, high-acuity experience, and a team that truly supports one another. You’ll step into a hospital-based CVICU role focused on close monitoring, frequent assessments, and managing complex cardiovascular patients. This is a 12-bed unit with 1:1 and 1:2 ratios, allowing you to deliver focused, high-level care with real clinical autonomy.
Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse
- 1+ year of recent ICU experience
- Confident managing high-acuity cardiac patients
- Ability to make strong clinical decisions independently
- Clear communication with patients and families
- Value teamwork and continuous improvement
- Florida license required within 60 days if relocating
