Ohio - RN Cardiac/Telemetry 4 South - Night - Zanesville (replacing Tyler C.)
About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to work primarily on the 4 South Cardiac unit in Zanesville, Ohio. The RN will also float to Med-Surg areas as needed, including Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Respiratory, Observation, and ED/Med-Surg boarders. The schedule is 36 hours per week on night shift, from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Every other weekend is required. There is no call requirement. Applicants must have current or recent Telemetry and/or Step-down experience, be proficient in reading telemetry, and demonstrate current Epic EMR proficiency. A telemetry competency must be completed on the first day and passed for assignment continuation. No Epic refresher training or one-on-one assistance will be provided.
Requirements
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Active Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of current or recent Telemetry and/or Step-down experience.
- Proficiency in reading telemetry.
- Current Epic EMR proficiency, clearly documented.
- Must pass a telemetry competency on the first day for assignment continuation.
