About The Position

This is a full-time Registered Nurse position in the Cardiac Progressive Care unit (PCU) at Atrium Health Pineville. The role involves providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe and therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. The nurse will utilize evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, compassion, and communication skills to ensure the safest patient environment and best patient experience.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Utilize evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, compassion, and communication skills.
