About The Position

Registered Nurse (RN), Behavioral Health. This is a Full-Time position with a schedule of 3x12, Nights (7p-7a), and requires working 4 Weekend Shifts per Month. Copper Springs - East, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team. The role is dedicated to making communities healthier. Requirements

• Current state RN license
• Associate degree from an accredited nursing school
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• Must have a current Arizona State License or Compact License with Arizona endorsement
• Associate's degree required

• BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient and plan care within set timeframes and document findings according to policies
• Demonstrates leadership through duties that may include delegating tasks such as groups, close observation, meal supervision, etc
• Will also oversee staff to ensure nursing policies and procedures are followed and exemplary patient care is consistently delivered by self and all members of the team
• RN will follow hospital policy for medication administration
