About The Position

Our inpatient Behavioral Health unit provides compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals experiencing acute psychiatric needs in a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. We pride ourselves on a collaborative, team-focused culture where nurses, providers, social workers, and therapists work closely together to support recovery and stabilization. Many nurses who join our unit choose to build long-term careers here due to the strong sense of teamwork and support. Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Behavioral Health RN experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
