Marvella is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse / RN to join our team serving our Memory Care and Assisted Living neighborhoods. Experience (2+ years) working with individuals with dementia strongly preferred. This position is Monday - Friday, typically day business hours, with potential for some required on call weekends. As part of a master-planned community offering senior housing, retail/commercial businesses, and market rate apartments, Marvella is centrally located in the Highland Park neighborhood of St. Paul providing easy access to retail shops and dining while still close to nature with beautiful views of the Mississippi river. Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with current licensure with the State Board of Nursing in state(s) in which he/she practices.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Interest in gerontological nursing, rehabilitative and restorative clinical practices.
  • Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience (2+ years) working with individuals with dementia strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the provision and monitoring of high quality clinical care and services to residents consistent with regulations and established clinical best practices.
