About The Position

This position involves delivering safe, patient-centered nursing care across the continuum by leveraging the nursing process, administering treatments per protocol, and adapting care based on patient needs. The role requires effective collaboration with the care team, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting quality and safety initiatives, and upholding professional standards, ethics, and ongoing development. Flexibility to float as needed is also a requirement.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing–approved nursing program
• Active, unrestricted RN license (multi-state compact and/or state-specific based on practice location)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience
• Additional certifications or experience may be required based on specialty
