About The Position

Now Hiring: Registered Nurse (RN) – Adult Day Health | Full-Time Are you a skilled and compassionate nurse with a heart for seniors and a love for community care? Do you thrive in an environment where laughter, creativity, and healthcare go hand in hand? If so, Oakwood Creative Care’s Day Club is looking for YOU to bring your expertise and energy to our team! This is a full-time RN position, approximately 32 hours per week. What’s This Role All About? Think school nurse meets day club, but for the most wonderful group of adults! As our Day Club Nurse, you’ll provide top-notch care to our amazing members, ensuring their health and wellness while they enjoy engaging activities, social connections, and meaningful days at Club.

Requirements

A licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Arizona
A compassionate caregiver who enjoys working with older adults and individuals living with dementia
A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting
Someone who can balance healthcare with the unique, engaging environment of an adult day club

Nice To Haves

Experience in geriatrics, dementia care, adult day health, or community care is a plus!

Responsibilities

Assess health needs, develop care plans, and provide compassionate nursing care.
Monitor members’ well-being, administer medications, and provide quick interventions when needed.
Work alongside a team of engagement specialists, care specialists, Club leadership, and other care professionals to provide seamless, person-centered care.
Document assessments, care plans, progress notes, and health updates in our electronic records.
Provide education and guidance related to health, wellness, and changes in care needs.
