Registered Nurse (RN) - Adult Behavioral Health
About The Position
Our Adult Behavioral Health Unit offers a rewarding setting for professionals passionate about mental health. With 24 beds dedicated to adults experiencing acute psychiatric conditions, we focus on stabilization through trauma-informed and patient-centered approaches. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team committed to creating a therapeutic environment that promotes healing and empowers individuals to achieve their goals. As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- At least one year RN experience

- Providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
