About The Position

Interim HealthCare is seeking a Per Diem (PRN) Acute Rehab Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team in Brownsburg. This role involves organizing and delivering care for a group of patients with varying complexities, planning and directing nursing care according to hospital policies, providing basic bedside care, documenting patient progress and interventions, and promoting a positive and inclusive environment.

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensed within the state of Indiana
2 years of recent and related experience in Acute care settings, as required by facility
Must be able to work independently, yet together as part of a team
Must be able to remain calm under pressure
Proficient at taking vital signs and administering medication accordingly
Active BLS, physical, TB test, and other medical compliance as required by facility

Responsibilities

Organize and deliver the care of a group of patients with needs of varying complexity.
Plan, direct, assess and provide nursing care according to the policies and procedures of the hospital and department.
Provide basic, bedside care.
Document patient progress, completed care, and interventions in compliance with facility policies.
Promote a positive and inclusive environment that fosters emotional well being.
