About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver quality, patient- and family-centered nursing care. In this role, you will apply the full nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to manage patient care, make appropriate clinical interventions, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to maintain high standards of clinical practice and patient satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of clinical Registered Nurse experience [Required].
• Completion of at least 1 prior travel nursing assignment [Required].
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License [Required].
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification [Required].

Nice To Haves

• Active Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification [Preferred].
• Prior experience with Paragon Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system [Preferred].

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical, psychosocial, and educational assessments to build and execute individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and deliver timely clinical interventions tailored to patient needs.
• Continuously evaluate patient responses to nursing care and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Direct, coordinate, and delegate clinical activities to care team members to optimize patient outcomes and maintain safety standards.
• Adhere to departmental policies, regulatory standards, and professional guidelines to ensure high-quality patient care and safety.
