Registered Nurse (RN)- Telemetry/Oncology
About The Position
As a Registered Nurse on the 34-bed Telemetry/Oncology unit at Riddle Hospital, you will be an integral part of the Interdisciplinary Team, providing care and treatment to adult telemetry and oncology patients. This role offers the opportunity to become chemo certified and contribute to a positive patient experience. Requirements
- 6 months of RN experience required.
- RN Diploma, ASN required.
- PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
Nice To Haves
- Telemetry experience a plus.
- BSN preferred.
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide care and treatment to adult telemetry and oncology patients.
- Be an integral part of the Interdisciplinary Team.
- Contribute to the patient experience.
- Opportunity to get chemo certified.
- Join hospital & system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program.
