The RN-Resource Pool Specialist I contributes to collaborative environments with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care, processes and outcomes. These caregivers have opportunity to leverage technology, participate in therapeutic intervention, and foster a spirit of clinical inquiry to improve care through evidence-based practice. This position is seen as a knowledge expert to improve patient care in varying nursing environments. Must be competent and maintain competency in two of the identified Resource Pool specialty groups. You will float to areas of greatest need, ensuring continuity of care and supporting teams when patient volumes and acuity fluctuate. This role requires confidence, independence, and adaptability, as night shift nurses often manage evolving patient needs with strong clinical judgment and teamwork. Resource Pool RNs receive a 10% float differential, along with applicable night shift differentials, in recognition of their flexibility, clinical expertise, and ability to seamlessly transition between units.
