Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.

Responsibilities

Adapt clinical expertise across a variety of specialized units, providing seamless, high-quality nursing care to diverse patient populations.
Champion patient safety by meticulously monitoring clinical conditions and communicating vital updates to the broader care team to ensure timely interventions.
Coordinate complex care journeys by collaborating with physicians and specialists, ensuring that every patient’s treatment plan is executed with precision and empathy.
Lead the implementation of physician orders and nursing protocols, maintaining clinical excellence even in the most fast-paced or unfamiliar environments.
Support unit continuity by assessing and addressing immediate patient needs, serving as a reliable resource for both the permanent staff and the families in your care.
