About The Position

This role involves collaborating with mentors and educators during the first year of practice to evolve from a student mindset into a high-functioning professional nurse. The resident will complete all structured learning requirements, including simulations and skills labs, to successfully transition into a professional role. Additionally, they will participate in residency seminars designed to enhance professional development while effectively managing clinical scheduling and department commitments.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.

Nice To Haves

Registered Nurse RN license required prior to starting position.
