Requirements
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
- Possession of current Texas State License for Registered Nurse.
- Must have active healthcare provider Basic Life Support on hire (ARC or AHA); however, must have AHA Healthcare Provider BLS within 60 days of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelors Degree
- 2 years in acute care for Med/Surg
- 2 years in psychiatric facility for Behavioral Health
- 2 years acute/chronic dialysis for Dialysis
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 60 days of hire or transfer into department (for RN in Behavioral Health)
- ACLS (AHA) must be completed within 60 days of hire or transfer into the unit (for Dialysis Department)
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention for Behavioral Health must be obtained within 60 days of hire or transfer into role (for Behavioral Health Unit)
