About The Position

Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RN/RPN) provides accurate assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of resident care. Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
  • Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
  • Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
  • Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
  • Nursing diploma is acceptable
  • Perform nursing services relating to the care of patients in long term care
  • Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
  • Registered/eligible with College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of SK - CRPNS
  • Valid Criminal Record Check (CRC) dated within six (6) months and include a vulnerable sector search (required for interview)
