About The Position

Are you a compassionate, patient-centered Registered Nurse looking to make a meaningful impact in an outpatient setting? Join us for our Virtual Hiring Event and explore exciting opportunities for Registered Nurses (RNs) and Registered Nurse Care Coordinators (RNCCs) across our physician practice locations. This event offers a chance to meet directly with hiring leaders and recruiters, learn about available outpatient nursing opportunities, and explore full-time Monday through Friday positions across multiple specialties. Additionally, there is a part-time Emergency Medicine nursing opportunity with evening and weekend hours. Attendees will have the chance to interview for current openings.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Nursing from a CCNE or ACEN accredited nursing program
  • Current Ohio Registered Nurse license
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Experience in clinic, physician office, urgent care, or related healthcare settings
  • Knowledge of triage procedures and patient care standards
  • Strong communication and patient education skills
  • Ability to maintain quality, safety, and infection control standards
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with professionalism and diplomacy

Responsibilities

  • Deliver skilled nursing services under the direction of physicians and advanced practice providers.
  • Assess patient health needs and analyze clinical data.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Educate patients and families regarding health conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
  • Maintain a safe, therapeutic, and patient-focused environment.
  • Partner with providers and clinic teams to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care.
  • Support patients in managing care plans and achieving health goals.
  • Coordinate care for high-risk and medically complex patients.
  • Assist patients with chronic conditions, disabilities, and disease-specific care management needs.
  • Facilitate smooth care transitions, including hospital discharge follow-up and transitions between care settings.
  • Serve as a liaison among patients, families, healthcare providers, and community resources.
  • Promote comprehensive, whole-person care through proactive communication and care coordination.
